چکیده

The present study has been designed to evaluate the impact of co-administration pantoprazole (PNT) with vitamin B (VTB) complex (VTB comprising VTB1, VTB6, and VTB12 in this study) on pharmacokinetic behavior. In study, HPLC-based sensitive efficient methods for simultaneous determination human plasma were developed per US-FDA bioanalytical standards. parameters PNT, also evaluated when medicines administered alone co-administered. Following linearity, it was observed that retention times 6.8 ± 0.2, 2.7 0.1, 5.5 3.8 0.1 min, respectively, over range 1−100 μg/mL. For all analytes at lower limit quantification other values, intra-assay inter-assay bias within 15% 13.5%, respectively. They barely interacted PNT VTB samples physical combinations through vitro tests. Moreover, pharmacokinetics treatment did not significantly alter characteristics PNT. Therefore, current work’s results might help assess drug–drug interactions may be applied bioequivalence studies therapeutic drug monitoring.

Simultaneous Chloramphenicol and Florfenicol Determination by A Validated DLLME-HPLC-UV Method in Pasteurized Milk

The antibiotic residues in milk are a well-known serious problem and pose several health hazards to consumers. We have described a simple, rapid, and inexpensive DLLME-HPLC/UV technique for the extraction of chloramphenicol and florfenicol residues in milk samples. Under the optimum conditions, linearity of the method was observed over the range 0.02-0.85 µg/L with correlation coefficients > 0....

A Validated Simultaneous Rp-hplc Method

A new RP-HPLC method was developed for selective and simultaneous determination of of Desogestrel and Ethinyl Estradiol Tablets. The chromatographic separation was achieved on a Zorbax SB C-18, 4.6 x 250mm, and 5μ column. The gradient LC method employs solutions A and B as mobile phase. The solution A milliQ water and acetonitrile in the ratio of 90:10 and degas and solution B contains a mixtur...
